The JUNXY contactor & relay test ATE(AUTO TEST EQUIPMENT) is used for contactor, relay and many AC switch electrical lifespan test, current switching capability test.

The ac relay/contactors on/off will cause 2 kind of wear to the main contacts: mechanical & electrical wear. And the main wear is by electrical parts. JUNXY ATE is for testing the maximum effective loading/unloading times of contactor/relay’s main contacts, before contactor/relay fail completely.

The JUNXY ATE includes Intelligent control & test bench, resistive & inductive AC load bank, and AC power source(Variable ac power supply), simulating the on/off test base on different voltage/current, on/off frequency, on/off times.
