JUNXY Series Constant Current DC Load Bank

JUNXY series constant current DC load banks are designedfor DC source loading test, especially for battery bank capacity/Ah check &maintenance. The loading current is constant within the specified voltagerange. Constant load current adjustable & controlled by MOSFET, use the PTCceramic resistors for load power consuming.

  • Adopting the PTCceramic resistor to avoid red heating phenomenon, safe loading testprocess.
  • Wirelesscommunication between BVM and main unit, no need troublesome wiring (OPTIONAL).
  • BVM testing &monitoring all batteries voltage during loading test (OPTIONAL).
  • PC software uploadtest data from USB, all test details available by the software.
  • Apply the intelligentone-chip computer ARM for loading control
  • Multipleadjustable threshold to stop discharge automatically:
    1. Battery(Cell) voltage
    2. Battery bank string voltage
    3. Discharge capacity
    4. Discharge time.
    • Real time monitoring battery bank: battery string voltage, eachcell voltage, discharge current, monitoring time, discharge capacity etc.
    • Batteries quantity to be tested by one BVM (OPTIONAL): 12pcs.
    • Discharging mode: Constant current discharge
    • Protections: over current protection, over voltage protection,reverse polarity protection with LCD displaying and buzzer alarm.
    • Parallel load bank discharging for higher discharge current
